Postage 

Our objective is to process the Merchandise as quickly and efficiently as possible and we will dispatch your item/items to you within three working days.  Our deliveries are FREE of charge. Normally this means that your order will be with you 3-5 working days after you place your order with our shop. Our FREE delivery service is a 1st class service. Our target is to hold all items in stock in order to dispatch your merchandise. Sometimes an item may be out of stock or may have a delay such as our T-Shirt variety, the UKTI Shop will keep you updated if there are any delays on your order.

 

Returns 

The UKTI Shop will accept Merchandise purchased for return if they are unworn, unused and dispatched in the packaging it came with to be eligible for a full refund within the 28 day period from the receipt date.  Please return the item/items to the UKTI Shop within the period mentioned and include any original documents sent with the item for the refund to take place. Regarding the refund process relating to gum shields and groin guards they cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene purposes. Remember that we also propose an exchange if you need to change the size (with the exception of gum shields and groin guards) we advise customers that if you are returning items, that you request a proof of postage or tracking number for your own protection. Any returned items remain your responsibility until it reaches the UKTI Shop
